Blog 8 - We Get Major Order

We recently grabbed one Major Order from one of the Reputed Builders "Kherapati Buildcon". They are coming with a Township of 250 Flats at Jhansi (UP)

We are doing their Complete Structured Cabling in the township using Optical Fiber Cable & CAT6 Cable. We are planning to implement following Features in the township :

01. Every Flat will Have a Tablet or Smartphone.
02. Every Flat will be WiFi Enabled.
03. We will enable Guard to Flat Video Intercom System where Flat Owner himself will see the video of the Visitor and will instruct the Guard to Allow their Entry.
04. We will provide Flat to Flat Intercom.
05. We will implement Audio Paging & SOS System.
06. We will Provide Background Music in the Park and common Areas.
07. We will Provide Digital Signage display in the Guard Room.
08. We will provide CCTV Surveillance.
09. We will Provide Home Automation in the Flats.

We are likely to close a few more orders in Jaipur in this week end.

Most of the time, you get a most expensive flat with the least available intercom and cabling system.

So.....next time when you buy a Flat.......Judge the flat by Its Internal conditions rather than external Glazing.

Blog 2 - Visited New Upcoming Residential Apartments

In the last few days, I have visited many new upcoming Residential apartments in the city. I found that in most of the projects, the focus is on how to make the Buildings Good Looking and glamorous.
There is less attention on the cabling system for even basic facilities like Intercom facility in the building, TV Connection in all rooms, Location of Video Door Phone in the flat etc.

I am surprised to note that even some of the top premium selling apartments with huge cost have such a poor cabling system that their residents has to compromise their quality of living from even day 1 then what will happen to their life tomorrow in such buildings.

Conclusion is :
As we can identify a person's Life style by looking at how well his wardrobe is arranged, similarly we can identify a smart, comfortable apartment with assured quality of life by looking as how smartly all cabling work is done.

Blog 1 - Attended Property Expo's of Eminent Builders in Jaipur

I recently attended a few property Expo's of eminent Builders in Jaipur.

A premium 3BHK is now around 1.5 Crore or more these days within the city Limits.

Can anybody buy such houses every 3 alternative Years ? If not....... then one has to be very cautious in choosing a right Home for his Family.

Following Points should be considered in your observations :

01. There should be a Structured cabling available in the Apartment or township based on CAT6/7 and fiber Optical as every new, Modern Security, Communication & Automation device is requiring this. Even the New IP TV will be requiring this type of Cabling.

If this cabling is missing in your building, probably your building will become outdated like a fortress on the Hills and one has to change the building every alternative 3 Years.

02. Never buy a house with a video door phone installed on your Flats's main door. Because it clearly tells intruder that you are not at home and this is the right time to attack. Always ask for a Video Intercom only from Guard room to Flat.

03. These days Video Door Phones or Intercom phones are available cordless which gives you added liberty to attend the calls in any corner of your house ...in Kitchen...or in Bedroom...or in living room ......or even in washrooms. Imagine a situation where you have just entered the Washroom...and somebody knocks at your door....haha....

Better demand a cordless Video Intercom now in the building .

04. Whatever cameras installed in the building, they are mostly visible only in the guard room. But now make sure that you can also view those Cameras right in your flat as well. This is not expensive for the builders......too!

05. Most of the builders are very casual in their attitude for the above points. They pay more attention to Color  schemes , building Elevation, Glamorous features etc. One has to demand specifically for the above as it is your life's Dream not his dream.

06. Very often, when we ask the sales Representative Builders for the above facilities, they will immediately say Yes they are providing everything. Don't believe unless you see them through your eyes only. Only Seeing is Believing.....!!!
